A Rochester man is accused of having a sexual relationship with an 11-year-old child.

Police arrested 32-year-old Josue Maldonado-Soto.

Investigators say he had sexual contact with the child over a four-month period between March and July of this year.

Police also say he used his cell phone to send sexually explicit material to the victim.

Investigators believe there is a “strong possibility” of more child victims.
